After I have installed Office 2013 in my Windows Server 2012 development VM which has SharePoint 2013 Preview installed , I couldn’t able to create new site collections. It doesn’t have any impact on existing site collections and all the existing site collections are working properly without any issue.
Even after un-installing Office 2013 I couldn’t able to create any new Site Collection.I am not able to confirm whether it’s a bug or not as I couldn’t able to find any information on msdn or microsoft site.
